VIN & ODO Verification at our location or, We'll come to you.
Need to register or title your out-of-state vehicle, trailer, recreational vehicle (RV), or mobile home in Florida? You will first need a Notary Public to complete a VIN and Odometer Verification. After moving to Florida, you have 30 days to register or title your vehicle. You may personally obtain your Florida vehicle title at the Tax Collectors office or have Barrios Notary Services personally appear for you.
You, or your appointed Power of Attorney, must physically appear at the tag office and show a valid ID. Proof of insurance is required to register your vehicle.
Tag Office
Before going to the tag office you must take a completed notarized and signed Vehicle Identification Number and Odometer Reading. Form 82042 is the correct form to use. No need to print the form, McReginald Denis Mobile Notary will supply the printed form.
Note: your vehicle can be titled without registering it but cannot be driven until it is registered.
Our notary public will carefully review the form for completeness before proceeding with the notarization. The form requires the notary public to attest that they have physically inspected the vehicle and verified that the VIN matches the one recorded on the form.
WE CAN INSPECT & NOTARIZE THE FOLLOWING VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS:
Semi-Truck VINs
Boat & Vessel VINS
Motorcycle VINs
Car VINs & Odometer Readings
RV VINs
Mobile Home VINs
Our Mobile Notaries are skilled & instructed in the proper inspection of all kinds of vessels. UPS Stores notaries and the bank notary usually won’t perform these necessary services.
Once everything is in order, the notary public will add the date, sign the document, print their name, and affix their notary seal to complete the process.
