Remote online notary, “RON” as it’s commonly called, is a 100% online notary service where documents of all types can be electronically signed and notarized online using a device with a webcam and microphone. Only a specially trained and certified Notary Public can perform online notarization’s in Florida.
A Florida commissioned Remote Notary must be physically located in the state of Florida to legally complete an online notarization. The signer can be located in part of the world as long as the have the correct technology, pass the ID verification process, and pass the credential analysis. An electronic notary stamp would be placed on the document instead of the regular physical notary stamp and a trusted document certification is added.
Remote Camera Notary is secure, fast and easy. No need to become overwhelmed or frustrated by these steps as we are ready to answer your questions during the video conference. Non signers can watch the RON session to assist with language issues, comfort a parent, or answer questions if a title officer/attorney.
FIRST – Contact our office to schedule your signing. It is our policy to provide same day service when available. We reserve certain appointment times each day for documents NOT REQUIRING WITNESSES and have witnesses on stand-by during certain hours each week day for documents.
REQUIRING WITNESSES. The RON Notary will contact you for payment and schedule your RON appointment after your information is reviewed and accepted. There is no guarantee of a specific date or time for a RON Appointment.
